Transformation – Not A Straightforward Path
…nor is it about achieving perfection. Imagine it as a spiral descending beneath the surface, akin to peeling back layers of an onion. With each step forward, we heal and release the roots of our wounds, yet we retain and carry forward the invaluable wisdom we’ve gained. This allows us to confront similar situations, this time responding with newfound strength and paving the way for improved personal and professional outcomes.
Our Core Relationship – The One With Ourself
Our primary relationship needs to be with ourselves! Cultivating this relationship includes examining the beliefs and behavioural patterns encoded in our brain and nervous system, and dismantling what is no longer serving us . This process (not a quick fix) sheds light on the hidden reasons why we navigate life as we do, and hence the outcomes we experience. Similar to a computer virus, flawed beliefs, early childhood programming, old wounds, and past lives run deep and silent, influencing one’s results in life. Establishing communication between our *Ego, Soul, and Essence is the path to heightened personal empowerment and better outcomes. This synergy between all parts of us serves as the catalyst for greater self-trust, self-esteem, and self-confidence and knowing our next right step.
Our history, whether from this lifetime or the past, no longer needs to dictate our identity and outcomes. Although, we are not to blame for this history, the choice to liberate ourselves from the lingering grasp of our past lies entirely with each of us. No one can do our internal work for us.
The Universal Force That Connects All
As you develop greater harmony within yourself, you will recognize the inter-connectedness of all things, on a macro level. Different terms (Universal Energy, the Infinite, Source, the Divine, the All, the Cosmic Mind, God, Great Spirit, the One, among others) are used to describe this force, each holding significance based on personal cultural, religious, and philosophical backgrounds. This force guides and compels personal growth, encouraging collaboration with It in order to self-actualize.
Our inner yearnings, those stemming from our authentic self and not from the mind or unhealed wounds, are the seeds of our potential. However, many people struggle to tap into their true internal desires, which hold the power to empower them in manifesting those very desires.
By deepening the relationship with yourself and tapping into your genuine desires, your intuition is refined. This heightened intuition allows better alignment between You and this Universal Energy. This enables you to differentiate between wisdom and “pseudowisdom”, and to move towards actualizing your desired outcomes.
Simply put, achieving your desired outcomes also necessitates cultivating your connection to your genuine desires and the Universal Energy. This connection facilitates co-creation of a more fulfilling and purposeful life.
Sustainable Inspired Action
With greater self-knowledge, effective strategies, and concrete practices, your unique talents and gifts can emerge, making it possible to achieve your desired outcomes. In other words, your abilities and capacity have the opportunity to flourish and grow.
As you move towards your vision (big or not so big), your new-found internal connection will support you in silencing the inner critic, stopping the self-sabotage, handling resistance and daily challenges; and in pulling yourself out from a backward spiral. Being more conscious, along with taking intentional action becomes your new way of moving through life.
